Wretched was a punk band based on London in the 1970s.[1]
History[]
Rupert "Ripper" Giles joined the band at twenty-one years old, after he dropped his studies at Oxford and moved to London.[2] It was at this time that he joined a crowd that was involved with Eyghon the Sleepwalker,[3] but he continued with the band even after he abandoned this group of warlocks.[1]
In one of their concerts, Ripper's grandmother Edna Giles found him and sought him out at the club's backstage.[1] She convinced him to resume his studies at the Watchers Academy and he left the band.[4] Twenty years later, he kept a photograph of himself playing for the band.[2]
