The Rome Branch of Wolfram & Hart was known as to the local residents and clients as Wolfram e Hart. The Immortal had some dealings with this branch. It was architecturally identical to the Los Angeles branch. Ilona Costa Bianchi was this branch's CEO. The branch also employed a highly competent head researcher, or "Italian Wesley", although he was "taking a nap" when Angel and Spike visited.
