Wiseau was a vicious vampire that held a grudge against Spike. He wore plate armor to protect his heart. He was an inmate at Mosaic Wellness Center. There, Wiseau killed other demons and collected their species-tags as trophies.
Though he ruled over the vampires at Mosaic, Wiseau was actually a follower of Dr. Ray.
