Willow's Demon Database is a feature included in the final three seasons of Buffy the Vampire Slayer on DVD. A DVD-Rom feature, once you place the disc into your computer the program can be downloaded and pages on several of the villains of the series. The start-up features a video of a log-in typed by Willow, and it has her quote "We can finish this another time" (from the episode "The Pack") when the program is closed.
The program is featured on the last discs of The Complete Fifth Season on DVD and The Complete Sixth Season on DVD and the final version on the first disc of The Complete Seventh Season on DVD.

- The demon Toth is incorrectly listed as a vampire.
- Darla is listed as appearing in the fourth season instead of the fifth (in the episode "Fool for Love").
- Candy Gorch is listed as being killed by Cordelia instead of Buffy ("Homecoming").
- Glory is listed as a demon, where as she is actually a god, as revealed in "Checkpoint."
