Verdandi was the third brother of the Dreamer Demons.
Verdandi resembled a floating, leather-clad, limbless torso which was protected by two revolving gimbals. Like his brothers, he possessed four sickle-like blades connected to his rings.
Biography[]
Along with his brothers, Urd and Skuld, Verdandi was one of a trio of powerful demons that could mold reality.
The newly resurrected Master wished to exploit their abilities to open the Hellmouth. He and his brother Skuld managed to reach the Master, though their brother Urd was killed by the Slayer, Buffy Summers. His death greatly displeased the remaining Dreamers as well as the Master.
In the Dreamers' realm, after locating it through a maze, Buffy faced the two demons, defeating Skuld before killing Verdandi and ruining the Master's plan.
Powers and Abilities[]
Much like Urd, Verdandi could project harmful blast of energy though could generate multiple blasts at a time, but unlike Urd, could also draw Buffy to him doing the same damage; only with a wider proximity. Skuld's rings were his main weapons as he could rotate them dangerously while charging at Buffy. Similar to Urd's Force field, Verdandi could only be harmed when his rings are entwined, leaving his body vulnerable.
Verdandi could also raise a number of zombies at a time, to which new zombies could be summoned if the previous ones were destroyed.
