Hey, there's this user CanIgetanyofya that has been targeting major articles (Buffy Summers, Angel, Willow Rosenberg, Alexander Harris, Cordelia Chase, Rupert Giles), replacing all their content with completely unrelated text. After seven consecutive attacks, can we see this behavior as intentional vandalism and block the troll?

Sorry to bother you. I used to edit here. And now I'm afraid to edit. A few months ago I fixed some links on the I is team page and an admin reverted my edits. I asked the admin if fixing links was against the rules. And never got a response back. I'm sorry I'm not trying to cause any trouble. Just confused that's all. I understand admins and users have lives outside of the wiki. I miss coming here and helping out in any way I can. Is fixing links against the rules or something? If it is I promise not to edit here anymore.

This is what I mean fixing links like if its linked to Xander Harris all i did was this Xander Harris thats really all i did. i made sure it basically stayed the same and just linked it to the correct name. I keep trying to link it the blue problem on her relationshp with Riley but it's not letting me. If you fix like one thing on this section and go to view changes. It shows the entire section has turned blue. (Natalie j (talk) 20:42, December 9, 2017 (UTC))

::I need you to send me the link to the article itself, is what I mean. I'm not sure which page you are looking at. From what I could tell of your work, your links seemed fine. The only suggestion I would make is not change Xander to "Alexander" everywhere, as fan's basically just call him by "Xander". Sort of like how we aren't allowing that "Willow Danielle" thing to happen, it's simply just "Willow". So yeah, can you send me the page where the Riley and Buffy section is? Oh ok. Sorry for any trouble. I understand he goes by Xander. I don't want any more trouble. Again I apologize just trying to help. Please let me know if I should continue to fix links. Cause with Xander's name being linked to Alexander. There is a lot of redirects. I just don't want any bad edits and to be possibly be blocked. This is the page I'm talking about http://buffy.wikia.com/wiki/Buffy_Summers/Relationships. With her relationship with Riley Finn. Sorry my computer isn't letting me show you their section. Thanks soo very much for your help. I really appreciate it. Hello there! I had to check the history on the Supernatural wiki page because you didn't sign it. Is the problem still ongoing? It seems a rather lengthy interaction. I would need more time to review and backread everything but I'll try to sort it out this weekend if it isn't already sorted out. Catch you soon! FTWinchester (talk) 12:50, April 4, 2019 (UTC)

She seems very persistent. I've been trying to read all your discussions/arguments (it's A LOT to take in) and it's hard to find fault when she cites discussions with other mods to cover her bases. I do understand how you feel about your edit always being undone by somebody else because that definitely feels like targetted harassment. Wikis must operate with consensus and not by strong-arming other editors. FTWinchester (talk) 20:21, June 2, 2019 (UTC)

As you requested for authorizations to edit after you, below is an initial list of major mistakes from your work. As you know as a wiki administrator since 2015, in order to avoid having duplicates, one should at least check the character's gallery or correspondent image tag before uploading files, and a second file should be created if a version with alternative proportions then the original promo is absolutely necessary to the wiki. <b>("As you requested for authorizations to edit after you" I didn't mean every single edit, and I'm pretty certain you understand that is what I mean. However, when I make an upload, change the front page, or an infobox image, it's with purpose and yes, I'd like to discuss THAT before it is removed or changed, that is all). I am aware of the "duplicates" issue and in fact cannot stand when that happens. IF I did that, it was pure human error. Re-uploading a new version of a higher definition promo image is not a duplicate, I simply replace it. You seem to think every image I re-upload after fixing is "poor quality" and I am sorry you do not like my work. If that is the case, we can start a vote now for every image if you'd like. I think you also said some weren't tagged with license information with 'fairuse' license <i>is</i> indeed on some of these pictures already you listed. I am aware of license and category tags - any forgotten are pure human error. I am aware images should all be named with titles that define the images itself, and as you can see I do that. Some images DO need to be proportioned to fit in character info-boxes (more vertical than boxy or horizontal) if they can be. We've done that for 14 years, taking cues from other important Wikias. Below you can see I hurriedly took the time to try and rebuttal your message to me. As I said, I do appreciate constructive criticism, however, if it takes away from the time that could be used doing other work here, I don't find that constructive. One or two examples could have been shown and then I could have explained. I believe I also stated this at the bottom, but if you are going to critique my work, please do so for every other editor, there are many who don't know any of these rules and who could use the refresher course. I also believe I stated this below, but I am the only one you have pointed this out to, this "Your Work" message on my talk page and I can't help to once again, feel harassed. If you truly meant this as constructive criticism, then it is noted and I've already began tagging the images I forgot. As I said, below you will see my comments in reply to each file you left, and I also left a message on your own page. Thank you. <font face="Comic Sans MS" color="#FA58F4">QueenBuffy</font> 00:59, April 5, 2019 (UTC) )</b>

Article:Willow Rosenberg — You inserted a gallery in the wrong section of the article, repeatedly disrupting its html as well, while a gallery with similar intention had been already present in the correct section. Your new gallery also has a number of duplicate files, as listed below. Do you claim ownership of the article or are non-bureaucrats allowed to contribute?<b>(The HTML BR Breaks I created were in an attempt to fix a format so that things weren't overlapping. As far as the placement, I didn't know there was already another gallery slider with her appearances. I try to use images found on the Wiki already, and if I remember, then I will add the fairuse tag and category - QueenBuffy)</b>

Since I forgot to add the category and license tags, I will do that now. This is something I usually ALWAYS do. If they are duplicate uploads, it is human error that does tend to happen, usually as an admin we fix this. Also, upon further inspection, many of these are NOT duplicates, but were always originally uploaded by me. Also, if they were replaced, it was because of an effort TO make them look better. <b>I hope this helps clear up some of the issues you've had with my work. In the future, I need to know if you plan on editing here, or simply going over my work instead and messaging me about it? It's obvious I do care about my work on Wikia and Fandom in general because I have worked here for over 10 years and even gone to staff headquarters in San Francisco. I do not do things lightly. Actually once Game of Thrones starts back up, I will most likely be busy over there for a bit and unable to check in here often (no cheering too loud lol ;) but I'd like to think when I return all my work isn't gone - all that does is waste valuable time on doing other things around here.<br /><br />

Again, this <i>does</i> seem like another form of harassment from you. Unless you go to other editors pages and write out long messages titled "your work" to point out their errors as well and critique them, then yes, I will have to take this as a form of harassment. Like I said, we can either try to really work together, or not. Ball is in your court and up to you. All I've tried to do is find common ground and I wasn't expecting to return to this long message. :"So I screwed up and put it right in the article (easy mistake to fix), but instead of helping me, you made your own guide and for the life of me don't understand WHY you did that? The only reason I protected the pages is because I knew you'd go behind and delete or change my work. It's like... what't the point in even working here if you'll constantly change things." :"Please, can't you understand as an editor, if I start to work on something like that, and another admin comes behind me and just does the same thing basically, in the hopes of placing it where my work was supposed to go, really hurts and is a waste of time." :You punished me for three days after you falsely accused me of deleting your work but continued to punish me for fixing your own mistake. You locked from at least five pages and repeatedly complained and demanded that I should not edit after you, and these continue as such for all other users. Meanwhile, you messaged another user that they should not have undone your mistake, even after another administrator explained to you that you had indeed been mistaken. I sent you a list of mistakes of your edits, as you requested so many times as I quote above, and now you say I'm harassing you for asking you to fix them or let others contribute to keep the wiki in order. You even once again falsely accuse me of deleting your stuff ("yet before I could answer, you removed my promo image and re-added yours." QueenBuffy 00:28, April 5, 2019 (UTC)), even though it's visible to anyone that I haven't edited anything since your very first message. I tell you that files of original official pictures should be maintained as such and not replaced/deleted, and you argue about unrelated matters such as personal opinions on color, contrast, proportions etc., like my problem was with the editing and not the removal of the originals. I remember you to consult galleries and categories before uploading new files, but you continue to ignore the ones I warned you that already exist. You even lied about the absurdity of being "the only person to ever have uploaded an image to this infobox" in reference to Angel and Dawn, as there's not a single edit from you ever before in these articles or previous used images. You say that you are "aware of the 'duplicates' issue and in fact cannot stand when that happens," but still haven't fixed any of your mistakes and these problems persist in the wiki.

:You ask me "In the future, I need to know if you plan on editing here, or simply going over my work instead and messaging me about it?", but you still haven't answered: Do you claim ownership of these files and articles or are non-bureaucrats allowed to contribute?

::Jesus C*rist. I don't even understand the hostility. Any work I have done, I claim it, just as any editor would. And of course anyone can contribute, I never said you couldn't. But you continued to go behind my work and change it... that is what started all of this. Some of the images you called out, I can see the history of the image, uploaded back in like 2013, so I know I'm the only one who ever uploaded it. Also, you are still being very hostile toward me. Once again, in case you missed it: I am human, I make errors. I try not to upload duplicate images and only replace them. If I haven't deleted a duplicate image, it is because I have not noticed. Please stop implying I'm a horrible bureaucrat and making you out as some villain when I have tried numerous times to extend an olive branch. I can't stress to you the level of how much I want this subject to end and how I DO feel harassed by you, as you haven't really edited much here but once since the end of March, and the only time you do come here is to badger/troll me. As I said, this is the last time we'll discuss this. Hey, thanks for that message of yours!

As I only reacted with my capitalization thought because of the updated community message, I hadn't looked deeper into that matter … Now that you ask for a categorization of the :category:Images of comics, I first would say, put it into comics – same as you – and into images. But, second, after having done a look into the latter, there's already the :category:comic book interiors – how's this different from the new one? (If I were a regular visitor here, I would have known this.)

I hope, it's okay to answer here. Usually I prefer one discussion in one place and would have replied on my own talk page, but commonly it's done the other way. -- compleCCity -- <small>You talkin' to me?</small> -- <small>cCContributions</small> -- 03:21, April 5, 2019 (UTC)

:But, please, do not expect much work on this by me. For now, I'm just watching both series for the very first time and didn't want to delve too deep into the wiki, for not being spoilered. Perhaps in a later rewatch, but currently I will only make the occasional small edit when indeed visiting the article of an episode I've watched (or something related). ::Categories (and often images, as well) need some time to get updated in the cache (wiki, not browser). That's why in the first 24 hours after creation/upload you often don't notice changes to such content. Hitting <code>CTRL</code>+<code>F</code> (refreshing the page without using browser cache) sometimes help, but not always. Simply come back the next day, and all should be as you expect.
