Vandalism Edit

Hello, Nick012479. I'm messaging you because of the recent edit warring at the Darla article. You may know that what you did is vandalism, removing relevant content (infobox, appearances, references) and replacing each template with the same disambiguation banner. This happened repeatedly even after each time another user undid your mess. Worst, you did so only in an attempt to replace the word "unknown" with "unidentified", contributing in nothing to the article. As a moderator, I'd block for being a troll, but I'm giving you a chance based on your seemingly rational behavior in other wikis. You're welcome to contribute to this community, but consider this your first warning.

Edit warring Edit

Hello again, Nick012479. I have to say that I appreciate your effort in improving the content on Darla's article, but edit warring is not a productive way to do so. Don't add something for a second time after someone just undid and explained it, especially when you don't bring any justification — neither in the edit summary much less within the article. "Personality" sections are mostly argumentative, and the thesis you attempted is very contradictory; I'm not saying it's incorrect, but if you keep saying that something is the exception, you have to at least explain what the norm is. It doesn't mean anything, for example, when you attempt to say that Darla was only cruel to specific people if you only talk about the only two people she loved, or when you say that she rarely acted a certain way when all the descriptions are from when she acted as such. The problem is that you are trying to adapt a thesis already complete into its total opposite just by adding "barely" and "only" to what you disagree with. And, honestly, so far I can't see how you could argue that Darla's cruelty as a vampire was a rare event when she was a remorseless killer by nature, but you are welcome to present your argument — with clear descriptions, examples, and references.

You are also removing established categories so far without any apparent reason to be removed from her article. I understand how most of them are open to interpretation, but you've been including the absurd notion that Darla wasn't an enemy of the Scooby Gang, when she bit Jesse, threatened Willow and Xander, then fought Buffy all just in the first episode.

Explain yourself, don't impose. Edit warring is not acceptable. Consider this your second warning on the matter.
