An unidentified Slayer in the early 18th century was known for having forged her own weapons.
History
In the year 2000, Rupert Giles and the Slayer Buffy Summers were researching the Watcher Diaries for details on past Slayers, more specifically what made their last battle the last. They found the description of this early 18th century Slayer as having forged her own weapons, but both concluded these journals lacked details about deaths.[1]
