An unidentified vampire was a lackey of Mayor Richard Wilkins.
Biography
The vampire was sent to meet with the smuggler that acquired the Box of Gavrok and bring the man and the box to Wilkins. After the smuggler began demanding more money, Faith Lehane killed him, and liberated the box from his dead body with the vampire's help.
After the Scooby Gang found out about the Box's existence, Buffy Summers interrogated the vampire minion about the artifact's content before she slew him with "Mr. Pointy" the stake.[1]
