Synopsis
Called in for a supernatural-crimes case, Buffy and Spike discover an incubus demon is targeting women in San Francisco. Meanwhile, Xander and Giles work on an exorcism that stirs up some questions about Ghost Anya.
Continuity
- Spike's rape attempt onto Buffy in "Seeing Red" is revisited in this issue. When Buffy is taking a shower and Spike appears, she instinctively pushes him far away from her.
- Dowling and Spike come to terms about his relationship with Buffy.
