Time Bomb

This episode starts with Illyria and Wesley extracting Gunn from the hell dimension he volunteered to stay in so that Angel may extract Lindsey for interrogation.

Gunn has to get back into the swing of things while everyone has to figure out how far they can sell out to the Senior Partners on a woman's deal with the Fell Brethren regarding her unborn child that is claimed to be the Fell's Messiah (who is scheduled for a painful end), Wesley has to come up with a means to kill or control Illyria, because Illyria is falling apart at the seams.

One of the effects of her break down is that she leaps through time uncontrollably, initially this leads her to believe that Angel Investigations are out to kill her, and she ambushes them in the training room. She then leaps to a conversation she had with angel, and then drags him about through time, ending at the point just before her destruction, which sends Angel back through time where he manages to save everyone and enable Wesley to use his Mutari Generator (Which looks like a big shiny gun that shoots what looks like plasma) to dump the blast energy into another dimension.

The episode ends with Illyria depressed, Angel scheming, Gunn alarmed, and Wesley looking to Illyria for company for his misery to enjoy.
