Template:BuffyComicBooks The Dust Waltz is a trade paperback telling a long story based on the Buffy television series.

Summary

From the back cover
Buffy Summers isn't like other girls. Sure she's cute, she likes boys, she'd like to be popular, but now that she's moved to Sunnydale, she's got more important things to worry about – like ridding the town of vampires and other deadly creatures of the night, and making sure the Hellmouth that Sunnydake High sits atop isn't opened by any of the grisly beasts she battles. It's not an easy life for a girl, but as the world's only chosen Slayer, she doesn't have much choice.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer began as the sleeper television hit of the '90s, and its cult following is reaching epidemic porportions. Now Dark Horse brings Buffy and all her slaying pals to the world of comics. As if the show isn't freaky enough...
"Well, I still have a sixer of whupass left in the cooler. Wanna go look for more of the undead to stake?"
– Buffy Summers

Two mysterious sisters, Lilith and Lamia, arrive in Sunnydale and bring along some nasty beasts. Buffy tries to find out who or what they are. This plan is complicated when one of the sisters takes a liking to Angel. The sisters turn out to be ancient vampires; each hopes to bring a champion to town to fight to death in a magical ritual called the Dust Waltz. The Waltz involves ritual murder, blood drinking, an opened Hellmouth, and apocalypse. Meanwhile the Scooby Gang shows Giles's niece the town.
