Tessa Freer was a Slayer and a member of the Slayer Organization. She was a member of Rona's squadron in Chicago with Anaheed and Simone Doffler. She ditched the Slayer army to follow Simone on her world tour of mayhem. After the End of magic, Tessa was unwillingly transformed into Slaypire hybrid under Simone's initiative and released in San Francisco to sire many humans. She was found in a garage by Buffy Summers, Billy Lane and Robert Dowling who were trapped by her pack. Tessa bit Dowling, almost wounding him mortally. She was dusted by a police officer.
