Tammy, between Cordelia and Skip
Tammy was a human girl who had the Visions in 1630. Her spirit visited Cordelia Chase showing the damage visions from the Powers the Be can do to a mortal: they caused brain damage until they blew out the back of her head, killing her.
She was portrayed by Heather Weeks
