Tammy was either a human girl who had the Visions in 1630, or an image conjured by Skip made in order to appear as such.
Biography
She had the visions for a year and was branded a witch by her town's fathers who wanted to burn her at the stake. They were not successful, however; her last vision caused enough brain damage to blow out the back of her head, killing her.
In 2001, Tammy's spirit visited Cordelia Chase to show her the damage the visions from the Powers That Be can do to a mortal. Tammy also seemed very fond of the demon Skip.
