Din's Fire 997 (Talk | contribs) (incorrect. He was killed with a bloody telephone pole. Thus "resistant," not "immune")

Was that a telephone pole factory? lol regardless, it was a very large piece of wood. His 'resistance' to the first staking was because the heart was not pierced by the wood, which I would surmise is due to the girth of his chest coupled with his greater constitution due to his extended age.
I understand what you're saying about resistant, not immune, it just doesn't sound right. He is only resistant if you're not badass enough to get through his sternum.
So one could argue that a regular vampire is resistant to staking if your arms are that of a nine year old.

Kakistos said it best himself, I guess you need a bigger stake. So faith picked up a bigger stake(telephone pole is a bit of an exaggeration, more like a mailbox post), and staked him.
