Its more likely this way since Osiris is an actual god. |

Willow the Goddess
While it is debatable that Willow may have possibly become a Goddess after the events of chosen (even though it is highly unlikely and was probably just a term of endearment from Kennedy) she most definetly would not have been a Goddess before then.
Osiris or Imposing Demon?
Many think that Osiris was the face in the clouds that Willow summoned while trying to bring Tara back from the dead in "Villains" but actually in the shooting script written by Mrs. Marti Noxon herself wrote that the face was infact not Osiris but an imposing demon sent to tell Willow the spell couldn't be done. Its more likely this way since Osiris is an actual god.
