Buffy sees Ryan for the first time at 8:43. She sees the Kinderstodt follow him, then gets out of bed. The script indicates that she should unhook her IV. That should happen about 8:58, but I don't see it on my copy. Unless there's something wrong with my copy, this detail was lost, probably in editing. At 10:21, she appears to wake up for a second time, and finds an IV still attached to her hand, a detail that fails to be meaningful if we do not see her unhook it before. If someone else can confirm this, it should be included under trivia or continuity.
At 9:21 we see a child-Buffy. The script specifies she is eight years old. I think this is the first time we see a child-Buffy. I'll have to keep a lookout, I think we see child-Buffy again, as a character and also in photos.

There is a old-fashioned digital clock by Buffy's bed. At 8:08, we see it change to 2:27. At 10:01, we see it change to 2:27 again. This shows that what's in between, including Buffy's first sight of Ryan and the Kinderstodt and her flashback to her eight-year-old self, happens in some kind of dream space. The second time she gets up, it's "real." That paragraph in the synopsis seems a bit muddled. I think I'll edit it, but I'll wait a while to see if anybody can add something, or correct me if I'm mistaken.

How do you add a quotes field? Cordelia's line at 16:40 should be preserved.
"Tact is just not saying true stuff. I'll pass."
Can't speak for anybody else, but I never liked Cordelia much. I softened a bit, though, when I heard her say that.
