If by "soul", you mean human soul then demons have no souls. But demons have an spiritual side (like vampires for example).--[[User:Gonzalo84|Gonzalo84]] 19:32, 12 January 2009 (UTC)

No simply the statement (which is direct and indirectly noted throughout this page) that demons have no soul.

It's stated many times like Amuk's example above, that demon's do indeed have souls.

Maybe tweaking this page to match the first statement which is that they don't have a 'human soul', as you questioned about Gonza, and making that connection to all the 'soul' references on the page.

As I stated in a recent note in Talk:Soul, there are countless times throughout both series that it is noted that demons do have souls. This description paints a picture contrary to buffyverse facts in this regard. Much like the Soul page, it is well written but not a lot of the facts come from the buffyverse but instead seem to be opinion. In the least this should be edited to include the fact that demon's souls exist yet differ on a fundamental level. This level is, like much of the Soul page, open to debate. I'm looking for more fact and less fluff, the fluff is fun to read but I think a wiki should have facts. Hakatri 19:26, 31 July 2008 (UTC)Hakatri

Agreed. At least some demons have souls. For instance, D'Hoffryn specifically states that undoing Anya's massacre costs "the life and soul of a vengeance demon" (Halfrek's in that case). Accordingly, it isn't correct to suggest that the lack of a soul is a distingushing factor as the article does. Amuk 20:50, 15 November 2008 (UTC)
