T.H.C. (credited THC) was a trip rock band that provided the music for the fictional band Shy on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Formed by George Sarah and Sarah Folkman, they were active between the years 1992 and 1999.

Their songs were featured as played by Shy in the following episodes:
- "Beer Bad" — song "Overfire"
- "Wild at Heart" — songs "Dip" and "Need to Destroy"
Their song "Girlflesh" also played in the background of the Angel episode "Lonely Heart."
Additionally, George Sarah appeared in the series as Shy's keyboard player, then in "Hell's Bells" playing with his string section.
