The Sunnydale Arms was an abandoned boarding house in Sunnydale, California. It was located on Prescott Lane.
The boarding house was employed by Quentin Travers of the Watchers Council for Buffy Summers' Cruciamentum. However, the vampire Zachary Kralik, the Slayer's intended opponent, broke free of his confinement and took over the place.
