The Sunnydale Arms is an abandoned boarding house in Sunnydale, California.

It was used by Quentin Travers as the location for Buffy Summers' Cruciamentum. Serial killer turned vampire, Zachary Kralik, killed two members of the Watchers' Council, Blair and Hobson, here then tied up Joyce Summers in the basement to lure Buffy into a fight.
