Mr. Stephen Platt was the Sunnydale High guidance counselor. He was known for his calm and caring approach to his job. He was creative with his counseling asking Debbie Foley to start a dream journal. He is unfortantley killed by Pete Claner after Debbie said she though he was humorous, Buffy discovers him, making her confess about Angel, only to discover he was murdered, and killed instantly not even dropping his cigarette.
