A device was used to conceal and support a stake on the wearer's wrist. It could be hidden under the wearer's sleeves and activated by a flex of the wrist, which unsheathed the loaded stake.[1]
The Angel Investigations employed stake bracers while fighting vampires. Angel started using these after he moved to Los Angeles,[2][3] and they were also used by other members of the team, such as Fred,[4] Connor,[5] Gunn,[6] and Spike.[7]
