A Spawn of Sobek was a demon spawned from the transmogrification of a reptile. Glory converted a cobra into one to find The Key. While the creature had detected Dawn Summers, her sister Buffy succeeded in choking it with a metal chain and beating it to death before it alerted the goddess.

Powers and Abilities

The Spawn of Sobek was incredibly fast and strong. One could easily plow through a metal fence, and was fast enough to out-pace both Buffy and Giles' car.
