The following Slayers were activated by Willow Rosenberg's Slayer Activation spell using the power of the Scythe.^[1] There were at least 1,800 new Slayers, 500 of whom then worked for the Slayer Organization,^[2] until its disbanding with the end of magic.^[3]

Other, minor Slayers have made appearances, including:

Various unnamed activated Potential Slayers who had been under the Scooby Gang protection against the First Evil, some dying in the final battle at the Hellmouth.^[1]
Thousands of activated slayers since the Slayer Activation spell, hundreds of those affiliated to the Slayer Organization.^[2]

23rd century

In the original timeline, no Slayer had been called in the two centuries following the Reckoning, until a lone Slayer in the 23rd century. When the actual event happened, though, a final timeline was created, in which multiple Slayers were continuously called in the following years.^[4]
