Sharon Ferguson is an actress who portrayed Sineya and the Guide on the Buffy the Vampire Slayer television series.


Ferguson is an actress, dancer, and model, performing a number of her acting roles also as a dancer.

In addition to Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Ferguson has appeared in series such as Red Shoe Diaries, The Drew Carey Show, The District, Alias, Hart of Dixie, Glee, Grey's Anatomy, Fear the Walking Dead, Young Sheldon, Runaways, among others.

She also acted in the films Malcolm X, Out to Sea, Looking for Lola, Austin Powers in Goldmember, Shall We Dance, Dark Streets, Quarantine, Just Go with It, Blue Lagoon: The Awakening, and more. She won the "Best Actress in a Short Film" Award at The Action on Film Festival for her starring role as Eve in the film Theogony.

Ferguson has been featured in music videos as a dancer with artists including Prince, No Doubt, Will Smith, George Michael, P-Diddy, and Rod Stewart.

She has performed live on stage for Dancing with the Stars, the Grammy Awards, Motown Live, MTV Music Awards, MTV Movie Awards, VHI Music, and Fashion Awards, as well as the American Music Awards with Prince, Macy Gray, Gwen Stefani, George Clinton, and Ricky Martin. In Los Angeles Live Shows, she has worked in Prince's Erotic City, the Pussy Cat Dolls, Strutter Cabaret, Cherry Boom-Boom, and The Zodiac Party.

She has also done modeling work for national magazines in print ads for Oil of Olay and Crystal Lite, as well as featured editorials for Code and Drink Magazine. Sharon has modeled for Reebok, Adidas and was a guest model for Roberto Cavalli in a televised live fashion show in San Remo, Italy. As a voiceover artist, her vocals have represented Reebok, Sketchers, Sebastian, and Obermeyer.
