Sarah Goodfriend was a woman sketched on a Watcher Diary entry dated 1775. While the illustration included Sarah's name, Buffy couldn't find anything else about her. Willow guessed she had been a noblewoman, and Sarah's hairstyle and gown inspired Buffy's costume for that Halloween.[1]
