Angelwings

Redemption is a novel by Mel Odom centered around Angel and his team.

Synopsis

A wealthy actress, Whitney Tyler, requested the help of Angel, Cordelia, and Doyle. She played a vampire on a popular TV show, and a small number of viewers seemed to believe she was actually a real vampire and had made attempts to kill her. Doyle was pleased the case wasn't relying on painful visions and Cordelia was starstruck, but Angel was confused; Whitney resembled someone he knew two centuries earlier. The attempts to kill Whitney continued, while Angel, Doyle and Cordy discovered a symbol that linked the attackers to an ancient battle. Angel had to put the pieces together.

Continuity

The events took place after "Soul Trade", but before "Shakedown".

  • The story has some similarities to Eternity which first aired April 2000. Since books take many months to write, edit, publish and print, it is probable that the story similarities are coincidental.
  • Setting: Season 1.

International Titles

  • German: "Der Blutorden" (The Blood Order)
