Ratio Hornblower is one of the few demons who took the form of a Muppet in order to take over a local children's television show.

Unlike the rest of his crew, Ratio is a Muppet who is a costumed human and speaks merely in a series of squeals. Presumably the most mystically savvy of the group, Ratio perfects the Nest Egg system that serves as their energy conduit for sucking the life force out of children.

His demise is at the hands of Winifred Burkle and Wesley Wyndam-Pryce who shot and dismembered the Muppet, respectively.[1]

Behind the Scenes

  • In the non-canonical Spike: Shadow Puppets, Ratio actually survived and hooked up with the Japanese branch of the Smile Time gang who planned to take their efforts to a global level.[2]
