Pixies were mythical creatures of Scottish folklore who lived in great concentrations in the high moorland areas around Devon and Cornwall. They resembled tiny humanoid beasts with insectiod wings.
When Whistler's plague ball exploded, Corky Smallwood and other criminals were transformed into these creatures. After his defeat by Angel, his minions worked for Amy Madison.
