Phina Oruche is an actress who portrayed Olivia Williams on the Buffy the Vampire Slayer television series and the Slayers: A Buffyverse Story audio series.

Oruche is perhaps best known for her performance as Liberty Baker in ITV's Footballers' Wives, for which she won a Screen Nations Award for Favorite TV Star. She also appeared in The Pretender, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The Bill, Nip/Tuck, Charmed, Diagnosis Murder, NYPD Blue, The Unit, among other TV series.
