Parker was a boy living in London after Whistler's magic plague orb exploded. Parker was traumatized by the death of his neighbor Mrs. Miggens, who was devoured by mutants. He sought Nadira Kureishi's shelter because he was told he would be safe there.[1]
In the shelter, Parker eventually welcomed Tricia, a mutant ostracized by humans, and told her he went through the same sort of thing.[2] The two became close but feared to be excluded by society for their inter-species union. Nadira encouraged them to continue their relationship because it did not matter what other people thought.[3]
Parker fought in the battle against Archaeus trying to control the magic of Magic Town. He did not survive it and died in Tricia's arms.[4]
