Parker (last name unknown) was a human, chased by mutated humans after Whistler's plague ball exploded. He was traumatized by the death of his neighbor Mrs. Miggens who was devoured by cannibal mutants and came to Nadira's shelter because he was told he would be safe there. He welcome Tricia, a mutated woman ostracized by humans, and told her he went through the same sort of thing. The two become lovers. However, they were fearing to be excluded by society for their inter-species union. Nadira encourage them to continue as it didn't matter what other people thought.
