Ovu Mobani is a demon of Nigerian origin referred as a zombie demon by Giles and whose name means Evil Eye.
He is contained in a mask that Joyce Summers has imported from Africa for an art exhibit. His powers consist of raising all the recently dead in the area as zombies and attracting them to the mask. Once there, it basically becomes a contest to see who can put on the mask first and gain Ovu Mobani's powers.
Once a person is wearing the mask, it can control others through the power released by it's eyes, and the only way to destroy the demon is to destroy the eyes.
He's portrayed by Nancy Lenehan.
