Nostroyev was a Siberian vampire who was kidnapped alongside Spike and the Prince of Lies for a Nazi-funded World War II super-soldier project. He claimed to be a famous vampire known both as as the "Scourge of Siberia" and the "Butcher of Alexander Palace", although Angel had never heard of him. He also claimed to be Rasputin's lover. He was dusted by Angel when he refused to listen to Angel's orders after he attempted to arrange for the vampires and humans to work together to get the sub back to the surface.

- He was portrayed by Bart McCarthy.
- Nostroyev's "vampire face" has never been seen. He is only one of a few vampires to have this distinction.
