Night Terrors was the fourth and final Stake Your Own Destiny novel written by Alice Henderson based on Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Synopsis
The Night Terror stalks its victims in their dreams. The demon replaces another's soul with its own, then wreaks chaos in the real world. The effect has always been short-lived. Human bodies soon crumble under the stress of the transfer, and the Night Terror has to find a new body to take over. It soon discovers Buffy's secret and hopes the Slayer could be a stronger permanent host.
