Mr. Good is a member of The Hierarchy, he appeared on the elevator of Wolfram and Hart, to take Illyria to Bete Noire. In the elevator he explained to Illyria that her killers transfered some of her energy in her symbols, so if she got she could recover her true form. He told him the first one was in Bete Noire, and that it would guide him to the others. He asked her to kill the one called the Fallen Angel as favour for the information given. After that the elevator door opened and before Illyria could ask anything he was nowhere to be seen.
