Maury was a demon lowlife that sold fake charms and amulets made in China. He was also an acquaintance of Lorne's and had been living in Los Angeles for decades.
Biography
He sold one to Angelus, making him believe the amulet would make him immune to the effects of the Sanctuary Spell preventing demons from attacking other beings. After discovering the amulet was fake, Angelus murdered Maury.
