Margaret was a servant living in London, England in 1883, working for a wealthy woman. During a Christmas party, she was sexually harassed and then killed by Angelus, as was her son afterward.
On Christmas Eve 1998, the First Evil took on Margaret's shape to haunt and torture Angel.
