M'Fashnik demons were a demon species. Demons of this species were mercenary demons that performed acts of slaughter and mayhem for the highest bidder.

Behind the Scenes
- He was portrayed by Todd Stashwick.
- Dawn and Xander debated on how to pronounce M'Fashnik. Dawn said 'maybe its mmm'fashnik like mmm cookies!' Xander then said 'or maybe its Mu'Fashnik like Mu....fashnik'. According to Rupert Giles, Dawn was correct.
