Loni Peristere is visual effects supervisors whose work includes Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel episodes. He appeared in the Buffy DVD featurette "Season 4 Overview."
His work in the series earned Buffy an Emmy nomination as Outstanding Special Visual Effects for a Series in 2003, winning a VES award as Outstanding Visual Effects in a Television Series in 2004.
Career[]
In addition to Buffy and Angel, Peristere has worked in visual effects for the television series Drive, Firefly, and The Wonderful World of Disney, as well as the films One Day Like Rain, Beyond, Serenity, and Volcano. Peristere has also directed the television series Warrior, Project Blue Book, Truth Be Told, Castle Rock, American Horror Story, 9-1-1, Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events, Queen of the South, Outcast, Scream Queens, Code Black, Banshee, and Banshee Origins.
