Little Pile o' Crackers was one of the constellations Tara made up because the real ones had never made sense to her.

In late 2000, Tara showed it to Willow, along with other made up constellations: the Big Pineapple, Short Man Looking Uncomfortable, and Moose Getting a Sponge Bath. However, Tara commented that Little Pile o' Crackers was particularly "a bit of a stretch."
