Le Banc was a vampire and crime boss living in New York City in the 1970s.[1]
Biography[]
Le Banc was smuggling vampires into the city inside crates. During a NYPD stakeout, he killed the police officer Li, the lover of Nikki Wood, the Slayer.[1]
The Slayer tracked down le Banc to his apartment in Manhattan, where the vampire was hosting a party to unveil his latest import: a prehistoric creature in form of a gigantic bat. Wood was able to kill the creature, though Le Banc fled the city.[1]
In the Bahamas, Le Banc continued his plans aboard a yacht while Nikki watched him from afar.[1]
