Localized Ionic Sensory Activator (L.I.S.A) was a covert device worn by black-ops operatives that regulated body temperature, heartbeat, and body chemistry designed by Takeshi Morimoto's company.[1]
History[]
Gwen Raiden and Charles Gunn broke into the Morimoto residence by way of a private party in order to steal it from Morimoto's safe. Afterward, Raiden used L.I.S.A. to deactivate her electrokinetic powers, allowing her to touch other people without killing them.[1]
In the following year, Gwen was at the beach with Nate when the Senior Partners sent Los Angeles to hell. The Fall of Los Angeles caused L.I.S.A. to malfunction, and, with her powers reactivated, Gwen accidentally fried her boyfriend.[2]
