Jordan (last name unknown) was a Slayer recruited as peacekeeper in the supernatural governmental division. Under the Supernatural Crisis Act, she was a federal agent authorized to arrest and maintain individuals in the Safe Zone, including Edward Satyros, Willow Rosenberg, Spike, Buffy Summers, and Calliope Strachan[1].
Jordan has briefly met Buffy while training with Kennedy for Deepscan[2], and considered her the best slayer[3]. However, Buffy's relationship with the vampire Spike and initial refusal to be recruited made them enemies[2][3]. In the Safe Zone, she insisted on the recruitment, until Buffy accepted the deal of being a trustee[4].

- Christos Gage described her first appearance as "a tough looking Slayer, but less 'punk' than Simone Doffler; more like a female MMA fighter – muscular and solidly built." Rebekah Isaacs then modeled her after MMA fighter Ronda Rousey[5].
