Jordan (last name unknown) was a Slayer recruited as peacekeeper in the supernatural governmental division. Under the Supernatural Crisis Act announced by Ophelia Reyes, she was authorized to arrest and maintain individuals in the Safe Zone, including Edward Satyros, Willow Rosenberg, Spike, Buffy Summers, and Calliope Strachan[1].
Jordan has briefly met Buffy while training with Kennedy for Deepscan[2], and considered her the best slayer[3]. However, Buffy's relationship with the vampire Spike and initial refusal to be recruited made them enemies[2][3]. In the Safe Zone, she insisted on the recruitment, until Buffy accepted the deal of being a trustee[4].

- Christos Gage described her first appearance as "a tough looking Slayer, but less 'punk' than Simone Doffler; more like a female MMA fighter – muscular and solidly built." Rebekah Isaacs modeled her after MMA fighter Ronda Rousey[5].
