John Romita was an artist whose work includes Buffyverse comics from IDW Publishing.
Career[]
Romita was a comic book artist best known for his work on The Amazing Spider-Man for Marvel Comics in the 1960s and for co-creating characters including Mary Jane Watson, Wolverine, the Punisher, and Luke Cage.[1] He was inducted into the Will Eisner Comic Book Hall of Fame in 2002.[2]
Romita died in his sleep on June 12, 2023, at the age of 93.[1]
