The Brain Man was a humanoid psychic demon who had the top of his skull removed and his brain exposed. He was killed by Angel throwing a rebar through his head after he hurt Cordelia Chase so that he couldn't ever do it again.
Powers and Abilities
He has the power to send false visions to the any person can and they can impose grave wounds. When he concentrates his power, he is capable of gliding for several seconds.
