A humanoid psychic demon who had a hole in his skull with his brain hanging out. Killed by Angel after hurting Cordelia so that he couldn't ever do it again (though Cordelia later died anyway). Appeared in That Vision Thing, and was portrayed by Kal Penn.
It is never revealed what sort of a creature the brain man was.
